Use them in a traditional Majorcan salad, "Trampó", as a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
All you need are: plenty of ripe tomatoes, fewer green peppers (the pale green Majorcan ones, if possible), an
onion (preferably white), olive oil and salt (garlic and vinegar are optional). Simply chop and mix. The salad should be moist but not swimming in oil!
If you want to turn the salad into a light summer meal to enjoy with crusty bread and a cheeky glass of chilled wine, you can add: capers, hard boiled egg, tuna, olives ...) ¡Bon profit!
