For a delicious and refreshing drink after a long run, fish two tea bags out the pot whilst they're still warm and plunge them into a litre jug of water. Add two or three teaspoons of honey, a thick slice of lemon and some diced fresh ginger. Leave overnight and the next morning, remove the tea bags and chill!
