Well done to our Runnyknowses who took part in the Cursa Patrona in Pollensa yesterday. Mark completed the 7.4kms in just over 33 minutes, Erik pipped his dad, Anders, to the post in 36m59. Way to go, Erik! And Shropshire Shuffler, Francesca, finished the hot and hilly route in 45m16s. Meanwhile, Miguel took part in a 5k race in Llubí and finished first in the M60 category in 23m34s. Well done to you all, you champs! As for me, I took a rest day!
