Runnyknows enjoyed a fast Full Monty 11.5k this morning with Phily and Elizabeth. Phily, aged 19, is ranked 2nd in the UK in her age group for steeplechase. She impressed us all with a record time of 44 minutes for this route with our Pep running alongside her while Elizabeth sauntered in with Miguel looking like she'd come back from a leisurely walk in the park. Not only did Elizabeth also do a good time for the route, she stopped off to pose for photos on the way. Girl power! Well done, you two stars!
