![]() Join runnyknows tomorrow at 7am for our Another Day in Paradise 13k: This idyllic route starts with a kilometre or so of flat road to get us warmed up, then we jog along undulating country lanes accompanied only by pretty views and birdsong. As we climb higher, we get glimpses of the sea and then at the top of a mountain track, we are treated with stunning sea views across to Can Picafort and Son Serra as well as all the way to Menorca on a clear day. We ramble along the beautiful rugged coastline for a couple of kilometres before jogging through a lovely little seaside resort to our destination and a cool drink. ![]() On the hottest day of the year so far, we did it! Runnyknows completed the Cursa Patrona 7.4k run with great results. Johanna finished first in her category in 34.02. Miguel finished in 34.42. Georgette finished in 43.24. And Erik and Anders finished in 38.33 and 38.55, which is amazing. Well done, all! ![]() 10-year-old Erik from Sweden ran this evening's Cursa Patrona 7.4k race in Pollensa in the amazing time of 38mins 33secs - that's an impressive average of 5mins 13secs per km. He ran comfortably and showed off with a sprint finish, beating his dad to the finish line. I hope Erik remembers us when he's a famous athlete. Congratulations, Erik! |
