We spent a magical morning with Jennie, Stuart, Tracy, Anne and Lucy this morning. We headed up to Formentor, stopped to take in some lovely views and ran our Magic Moments 10k 'wildlife' route where Joaquín got friendly with the donkeys and goats. :) We cooled off with a mid-run dip in the crystal clear waters of the cove and then Stuart and Tracy ran all the way back from Formentor beach clocking up a fair few kms. Well done, guys! A brilliant way to start the day!
What a great way to start the day! A fabulous early morning run and refreshing mid-run dip with some wonderful people. Thanks to Stuart, Anne, Jennie and Tracy for joining us on our aptly-named Another Day in Paradise 13k route this morning. A beautiful run and a great work-out. Well done!
Thanks to my diamond girl, Mads, for a fun run in the sun this morning. See you for more of the same in September! Me encantan los diamantes en el mar.
I had a lovely morning run with Lucy from Somerset today. The early start was well worth it for the stunning sunrise views along the coast on the way to the run, followed by a great work-out across sand and along beach woodland track. Lucy, a busy mother of two little ones, has recently taken up running and has her first 10k race coming up plus the Barnstaple Half Marathon in September. After running with her this morning, I think she is going to do great and go from strength to strength. Well done, Lucy!
We had a fantastic morning out with three great runners today. Chris and Sarah from Manchester and Ultra-David from Preston joined us on our Another Day in Paradise 13k. These three conquered the heat and the hills no sweat ... well, just a little ... and we stopped off for a welcome dip on the way back. Brilliant! Well done, guys!
We had a fabulous morning out with a great bunch this morning. Fiona, Andy and their two boys, Benjamin and Owen, joined us, along with Phil, his wife, Julie, and his friend Kevin with his boy, Thomas. We ran our Tombs and Dunes 9k route in the sunshine with lovely views along the coast then veered off into beach woodland to a farmyard where we saw the cutest little newborn piglets. After passing the refuge and 'spliff island', we finished off with a dip in the sea and a splash of cold cava just because! It was fantastic to see the young lads, aged between 10 and 13, out running and also to discover isotonic Buck's Fizz! Thanks, Benjamin, and well done to you all!
