We ran a leisurely White Caves 17k this morning. Hot and humid conditions, so took it easy and enjoyed the views along the way.
We attended the Cursa del Sol races in Son Servera this evening and took part in the 10k. It was very hot, humid and hilly, but Johanna came away with a trophy for finishing second in her category and a good time was had by all.
We did a late morning Stairway to Heaven 15k run today and all managed the 365+ steps without stopping to walk despite the heat! Thumbs up!
Bought this little wine bottle T-shirt off Amazon for a few quid. Well, 'wine ot'? The silly things we do for amusement ... Cheers!
We enjoyed another great run with Joseph this morning. We changed our route to the 'White Caves 17k' which turned out to be a very good hilly workout. Here we are in the clouds!
It was definitely worth the 4.30 (ouch!) alarm. We thoroughly enjoyed a Rise with the Sun 17k run with Joseph from Norwich this morning. The views of the sun rising over the clouds were stunning. Relatively new to running, Joseph has already got a few half marathons under his belt and will be running his first full marathon in Amsterdam this October. Not short on stamina and full of determination, we have no doubt that he'll do brilliantly. Well done, Joseph!
