I enjoyed a gorgeous run with Will from Jersey and Lesley from London this morning. We set out early for our Another Day in Paradise 13k, a beautiful route along country lanes, mountain track and rugged coast. Both Will and Lesley are experienced runners and between them have taken part in 10ks, half marathons, marathons, triathlons and Ironman events. Lesley also does BMF training so there wasn't much hanging around with these two today and we were back well in time for breakfast! Well done, guys!
